My experience crosses a broad range of performance genre including theatre, opera, ballet, musical theatre, baroque ballet and new works.   I enjoy collaborating with those I know well and always embrace the opportunity to work with new artists.   I've been designing professionally throughout the United States since graduating with my MFA in Costume Design & Technology from The Ohio State University.  Some of my works have been featured in Europe, China, Taiwan, Russia, Canada and South America.  My designs have been featured with the Prague Quadrennial and the World Stage Design expo and invited to be part of the world traveling exhibition Costume Design at the Turn of the 21st Century.  I enjoy research, publication and presentation in many areas related to stage design and costume history and have presented at the CSA (Costume Society of America), ATINER (Athens Institute for Education and Research), and USITT (United States Institute for Theatre Technology).  Several activities in my personal time directly inform my passion for stage design, including art history, world history, writing and travel.  I am also a member of the Costume Society of Great Britain.
